Group is a large-sized enterprise in our country, and is granted
the title of Best Private Enterprise in China, Advanced Enterprise
in Export for Earning Foreign Exchange in China, National Hi-tech
Enterprise, and Star Enterprise in Zhejiang Province. It is largest-scale
industrial enterprise in Xiangshan County and is one of the 18
key enterprise groups that are developed by Ningbo City. It ranks
among Top 500 Private Enterprises in China and Top 500 Automobile
Spare Part Companies in the world. The group has total assets
of over one billion yuan, and main products include automobiles,
special equipment and automobiles, auto's spare parts and components,
electronic products, aquatic foods and large-and medium-sized
precision moulds.
All the enterprises under the control of the
Group respectively passed ISO9000 certification in August 1997
and advanced standard for international auto making ----QS9000
(US) and VDA6.1 (Germany) certification in 1999,passed the acceptance
and assessment for CIMS engineering under national 863 Program
in October 2000, and passed TS/16949 certification on April
2003. Therefore, it has realized standardized management in
a whole.
Huaxiang Group always upholds the principle

The Group carries out capital operation, lays great emphasis

It successively acquired and merged Tieling
Luping Machinery and Zhongxing Auto Factory, and
established cooperative companies Dazhong Lianxiang
Co. and Jiangling Huaxiang Co., and joint ventures
Schlemmer, and Merkt. In production technology, it
strengthens technical reforms, encourages technical
innovation, and makes great efforts to develop numerical
control technology, optimizes product design and
production process, increases its automation, flexibility
and integration level, invest huge technical reform funds to
purchase advanced production, processing and inspection
equipment from foreign countries and modifies (expands)
its factory buildings. It implemented informationization
construction and pushes the enterprise to the new step of
informationization promoting industrialization. It has
established Ningbo City Auto Plastic Mould Provincial-
level Technical R&D Center and Ningbo Huaxiang Auto
Research and Design Institute, and greatly accelerates
the development of enterprise's advantages.
